The rapper also faces two charges of actual bodily harm, five false imprisonments charges and two counts of assault by penetration.
According to reports, Solo (real name) Andy Anokye was in court Bristol Crown Court, located in South West England, to hear testimony from four different women who have all accused him of rape. The trial is expected to last for five weeks.
Prosecutor Christopher Quinlan QC claimed that Solo brutalized his victims in his opening statement. The QC detailed waterboarding, pouring bleach into one of his victim’s mouths, imprisoning them and repeatedly raping one of his victims.
According to the Bristol Post, Solo reportedly told one of his victims “Some of the best sex we’ve had is when I’m raping you.”
And played the jury video footage of alleged sex acts that he would often record.
“What happens is, quite simply, brutal,” Quinlan told the jurors. “They are both naked. She is upset. At all times he is directing her what to do.”
“She was no match, physically for him. None of them were,” Quinlan said.
The trial is expected to go on for for five weeks.
